At Fresh Leaf Foods, we work obsessively to apply methods and procedures to grow our sprouts with the highest food-safety standards, with as many key nutrients as possible.

but not your average sprout grower.


We are a multigenerational family business who have spent over 40 years researching and building our knowledge and trade. Sprouts are worthy of the esteemed "superfood" title - live enzymes for better digestion, an incredible array of nutrients to nourish cells and tissues - exactly the support my Father needed for his medical condition. We are proudly Canadian and one of the first to pioneer a vertical growing system designed to grow sprouts without chemicals or preservatives, all in a sustainable environment. I'm excited because our methods have set our sprouts apart. We grow the finest quality sprouts available - they're fresh, long-lasting and delicious. You can taste the difference in each variety.

  • We only use a natural sanitizer with no harmful ingredients or preservatives when we grow our sprouts


  • Our food safety program, tested by Guelph University, is a proprietary process that uses ionized water and sodium chloride (cooking salt) that safely and effectively kills food borne pathogens
